Company reported a net profit of PLN 12.71 mn vs PLN 7.48 mn in the previous year. LiveChat Software customer base grew by 402 companies in August, which makes it the best month in the company’s history in this respect. As of September 1, the solution “LiveChat” is already used by 11,917 companies in over 130 countries around the world. One year ago, the company from Wroclaw had 8,495 customers. “Another record and fast-growing customer base are the effect of great work of the entire team. Thanks to it, we do not slow down the pace and prove that we can sustain very rapid, even accelerated growth,” said the president of the company, Mariusz Ciepły.
In the period April - June, LiveChat Software, one of the leaders of global market live chat solutions, recorded PLN 5.89 million of net profit, PLN 7.86 million of EBITDA and PLN 11.24 million of revenue. This represents an increase of respectively 77, 84 and 86 per cent. This strong performance is the result of the rapid pace of acquiring new customers and exploiting the opportunities offered by the services in a SaaS model (Software as a Service).
The number of customers of LiveChat Software grew in July by 302 companies. As of August 1, the solution of the Wrocław company is already used by 11,515 companies in over 130 countries around the world. That is about 3,307 more than last year when LiveChat Software had 8,208 customers. Companies and institutions use the LiveChat solution for the direct contact with people visiting their websites, including for the sales support.
LiveChat Software will pay a record dividend The General Meeting of LiveChat Software SA decided to allocate the dividend of PLN 18.282 million, i.e. practically the entire net profit for the 2014/15 fiscal year. The supplementary capital will amount to PLN 167 thousand. Company profits, as well as the dividend, are growing very rapidly. “We maintain our dividend policy which involves the payment of the entire profit to Shareholders, provided that there are no projects that would bring to them a higher rate of return.
In May, LiveChat Software increased the number of its customers by 357 companies. It means that already 10,895 customers all over the world use its solution. During 12 months, the company from Wroclaw gained 3,178 new customers. Among customers of the Polish company are clients from 130 countries of the world, such as Orange, Adobe, Samsung, Tele2, Kaspersky Lab, Air Asia, US Department of State, PBS (Public Broadcasting Service – American public TV network), the leader in the field of storage and data management NetApp, a manufacturer of network equipment TP-Link, the Icelandic airline WOW air, a Finnish manufacturer of paint Tikkurila, Pizza Hut, a chain of stores Macy’s, as well as a Canadian hockey team Vancouver Canucks and Boston University.
The net profit of LiveChat Software in the 2014/2015 fiscal year will amount to PLN 18.51 million net. The Company raised its forecast while publishing preliminary financial results. According to them, the net income will be 24% better than the forecast, EBITDA results – 27% and the revenues – over 30%. “LiveChat develops faster than we expected while publishing the Prospectus with the forecast. We managed to gain over 200 new customers net per month, thanks to which we improved our financial results”, said the president of the Board, Mariusz Ciepły.
LiveChat Software has already over 10,538 customers. In April, 319 companies joined the group. In comparison to the previous year the number of companies using LiveChat increased by 3,085. One month earlier, LiveChat Software informed that it exceeded the strategic number of 10,000 customers. Thus, it confirmed its position as one of the global leaders of live chat solutions.
