Another growth quarter for LiveChat Software with MRR over 4 mn USD

In the fourth quarter of the financial year 2020/21, LiveChat Software again recorded an increase in the ARPU and the number of customers of its main products. As a result, the Group's consolidated revenues increased by nearly 40% year-on-year, according to the preliminary estimates.

“Crossing another barrier, now USD 4 million MRR, makes us of course happy. However, we are fully focused on providing the best product to our partners and the best possible experience for end users, that is customers of our clients” said Mariusz Ciepły, LiveChat Software CEO.

The Company estimates that in January-March 2021 it had USD 12.66 mn in revenues against USD 12.17 mn in the previous three months and USD 9.07 mn in the same period a year ago.

The value of monthly recurring revenues (MRR - Monthly Recurring Revenues) at the end of March amounted to USD 4.02 million and was higher by 36.4% than a year earlier.

The recorded increase is the result of both a higher number of customers and an increase in the ARPU index (average revenue per customer). At the end of March 2021, the number of paying LiveChat customers was 32,864 and ChatBot 1,874. The increase in ARPU of the LiveChat product amounted to approx. 17% per annum, the increase in ARPU of ChatBot amounted to over 57% per annum.

Revenues generated by ChatBot increased by nearly 26.8% compared to the previous quarter and by over 213% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.

The presented data are estimates and preliminary data. Thus, they may ultimately differ from those presented in the periodic report. Due to the fact that the Company generates the vast majority of revenues in the US dollar (USD), the USD / PLN exchange rate has a significant impact on the results presented in the periodic reports.

Moreover, the Company publishes preliminary results earlier than before. As a result, the differences between the estimates and the final result may be more significant (e.g. due to the so-called "dunning" - the process of recovering overdue receivables).

The full financial report for the 2020/21 financial year will be published on June 25, 2021.
