LiveChat Software raises its forecast, it will register PLN 18.51 million net profit.

The net profit of LiveChat Software in the 2014/2015 fiscal year will amount to PLN 18.51 million net. The Company raised its forecast while publishing preliminary financial results. According to them, the net income will be 24% better than the forecast, EBITDA results – 27% and the revenues – over 30%.

“LiveChat develops faster than we expected while publishing the Prospectus with the forecast. We managed to gain over 200 new customers net per month, thanks to which we improved our financial results”, said the president of the Board, Mariusz Ciepły.

The consolidated net profit of LiveChat Software in the financial year 2014/15 (ended on 31 March) is expected to amount to PLN 18.51 million against PLN 9.70 million the previous year. The previous forecast assumed the net profit amounting to PLN 14.90 million. The EBITDA result is to reach PLN 24.04 million against PLN 12.61 million the previous year and against PLN 18.95 million in the Prospectus.

LiveChat Software expects to register PLN 33.04 income against PLN 18.94 million in 2013/14 financial year. The previous forecast expected the income to reach PLN 25.32 million.

According to the data as of 1 April, LiveChat Software has 10,538 customers, which means that it increased the number by 3,085 over the last year. A strong dollar worked to the advantage of the Company as the forecast assumed that the USD/PLN currency exchange rate would reach 3.08.

Recently, new customers joined the group of Company’s clients: PBS (Public Broadcasting Service – an American network of public television), the leader in the field of storage and data management NetApp, a manufacturer of network equipment TP-Link, an Icelandic airline WOW air, a Finnish manufacturer of paint Tikkurila, Pizza Hut, a chain of stores Macy’s, as well as a Canadian team hocket Vancouver Canucks and Boston University.

The new customers joined the group that includes, among others, Orange, Adobe, Samsung, Tele2, Kaspersky Lab, Air Asia or the American Department of State.

The Company from Wrocław is one of the largest producers of “live chat for business” solutions in the world. Its customers are companies that use LiveChat to contact visitors of their sites directly in order to, among others, support sales. The solution offers a range of additional tools enabling the traffic analysis on the site, as well as customers’ behaviour or quality of work of consultants.
