Net profit of LiveChat Software rose by 66.2% in Q3 2016 FY

Wroclaw based LiveChat Software reported net profit rise by 66.2% in the Q3 2016FY (October 1st – December 31). Company reported a net profit of PLN 12.05 mn in that period. Consolidated revenues rose by 46.7% to PLN 20.17 mn, while EBITDA increased by 57.5% to PLN 15.41 mn.

“LiveChat Software confirms that company is able to rapidly increase its revenues. At the same time we can maintain, or even improve, efficiency of our business”, said Mariusz Cieply CEO of LiveChat Software.

LiveChat Software is listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange. Company is one of the three world’s largest “live chat for business” software vendors. Companies and institutions use LiveChat solution for the direct contact with people visiting their websites, including sales support. The solution offers various tools that allow for the site traffic analysis to check customer behaviour and quality of work. LiveChat Software offers its solution in a SaaS model (Software as a Service). It is global company focused on the US market, the Polish market producing only a few per cent of sales. As the regular customers, company can include small on-line stores and big global brands such as Orange, Hulu, Stripe, Ikea, Sony Mobile, Play, Adobe, Samsung, Tele2, Kaspersky Lab, Pizza Hut and Air Asia. The LiveChat solution is also used by universities or public institutions, such as the US Department of State.
