Board of LiveChat Software S.A. (Company, Issuer) informs that it received on 12 September notification from Copernicus Capital Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. According to the notification: Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. and Dom Maklerski BZ WBK S.A., acting on behalf of NAPOLEON Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty (an entity closely associated with mr Andrzej Rozycki, member of supervisory board) and one other shareholder, began procedure Accelerated Bookbuilding (ABB Procedure), the aim of which is sale of 1,906,560 shares of Company, which represent 7.4% of votes at General Meeting.
