The Management Board of LIVECHAT Software SA in Wrocław (the “Company”) announces that on 17 July 2017 the General Meeting decided on the distribution of profit for the year ended 31 March 2017.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting the unit net profit of LiveChat Software SA, which in the financial year ended 31 March 2017 amounted to PLN 42 724 723.86, is divided in such a way that: PLN 36 307 500.00 – was allocated for dividend; PLN 6 417 223.86 – was allocated to reserve capital. This means that the dividend per share will amount to PLN 1.41. The dividend day was set for 24 July 2017 and the payment date on 7 August 2017.
