Publication on: 2016-07-26 11:41 In reference to Current Report 21/2016 the Management Board of LiveChat Software SA (the Company, the Issuer) passes CVs of the newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board. The CVs are attached to the current report. The Company also announces that the newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board do not conduct competitive activity, do not participate in a competitive company, as a partner in a civil partnership or as a member of the body of a company and do not participate in any other competitive legal person as a member of its governing body. The newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register (KRS).
