Board of LiveChat Software S.A. (Company, Issuer) informs that it received notification from Mr Mariusz Cieply who acts on behalf of itself and other shareholders: Mr Maciej Jarzebowski and Mr Jakub Sitarz, who are part of Agreement of Shareholders of LiveChat Software S.A. (Agreement).
According to the Notifications Shareholders listed above on 14th and 15th February sold together 1,033,493 shares of the Company. In effect Agreement reduced its involvement below the 50% threshold of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Issuer to the 46,99% of votes.
