The Management Board of LiveChat Software S.A. based in Wrocław ("Company") informs thaton 28 October 2020, it received from Mariusz Ciepły, President of the Management Board of the Company, and Maciej Jarzębowski, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company - persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company - notifications about transactions made on the Company's shares, submitted according to Art. 19 paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive 2003 / 124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC.
