The Management Board of LIVECHAT Software S.A. (the „Company”) would like to announce that on September 17, 2018, it has received a notification from Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva BZ WBK SA, prepared on the basis of article 69, Law On Public Offering and on Terms Regulating the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies, about the increase in the total number of votes in the Company by Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva BZ WBK above 5%.

Pursuant to the obligation arising from article 69 point 1 and 4 of the Law On Public Offering and on Terms Regulating the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies (Journal of Laws 2016.1639, dated Oct. 7, 2016), we would like to note that as a result of the purchase of shares of LiveChat Software S.A. (the „Company”) with registered office in Wrocław, made on September 7, 2018, Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva BZ WBK („Aviva OFE”) has increased its share in the total number of votes in the Company above 5%.
Prior to the settlement of the above transaction, as of September 10, 2018, Aviva OFE held 1,287,000 shares in the Company representing 4.998% of the Company’s initial capital (number of shares issued), entitling it to 1,287,000 votes at the General Meeting, which represented 4.998% of the total number of votes.
Upon the settlement of the above transaction, as of September 11, 2018, Aviva OFE held 1,411,167 shares of the Company, representing 5.48% of the initial capital (number of shares issued) and entitling it to 1,411,167 of votes at the General Meeting, which represents 5.48% of the total number of votes.
