The Management Board of LIVECHAT SOFTWARE SA (“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby publishes information on the commercial activities of the Issuer.
According to data from sales systems as of 1 October 2019, the number of customers using the paid version of the LiveChat product amounted to 28,376. In month-on-month terms, the number of customers rose by 121 net (having regard to those leaving the portfolio). For comparison, at the beginning of the previous month (1 September 2019), Company’s customer base amounted to 28,255. One year earlier (1 October 2018), there were 25.398 customers.
The results achieved in September were significantly affected by changes in the sales process that the Company tested during this period. Due to unsatisfactory test results (lower conversion only partially offset by higher ARPU), the Company decided not to introduce the tested changes permanently and expects to return to previous KPIs in subsequent periods.
The Company emphasizes that tests of various changes in the product and sales process have been conducted so far regularly and will also be carried out in the coming months.
