The Management Board of LIVECHAT Software SA of Wrocław (“Company”) announces that on 15 July 2015, it became aware of the adoption by the Supervisory Board of the decision according to which it positively recommended to the General Meeting convened for 20 July 2015 the adoption of the Management Board's proposal for distribution of profit for 2014/2015 financial year.
According to the adopted resolution, the Board recommends to the General Meeting the distribution of separate profit of LiveChat Software SA, which amounted to PLN 18,449,390.95 in the financial year ended 31 March 2015, in such a way that:
- 18,282,500.00 - will be allocated for dividend;
- 166,890.95 PLN - will be allocated to reserve capital.
This means that the dividend per share will amount to 71 grosz.
The recommendation is consistent with the Company's dividend policy assuming that the entire profit of the Company is allocated for payment of dividend under the condition that there is no investment projects that will provide Shareholders with a higher growth rate.
