The Management Board of LIVECHAT Software SA in Wrocław (the “Company”) announces that on August 1, 2018 it became aware of the adoption by the Supervisory Board of a decision, according to which it positively recommended to the General Meeting convened on August 7, 2018 the adoption of the Management Board’s proposal on the distribution of profit for the financial year 2017/2018.
According to the adopted resolution, the Supervisory Board recommends to the General Meeting the following division of the separate profit of LiveChat Software SA, which in the financial year ended March 31, 2018 amounted to PLN 48,073,333.49:
- PLN 45,577,500.00 – will be allocated for dividend;
- PLN 2,495,833.49 – will be allocated to reserve capital.
This means that the dividend per share will amount to PLN 1.77.
