The Management Board of LiveChat Software S.A. (“Company”) informs that the estimated consolidated sales revenues of the LiveChat Software Capital Group (“Group”) in April - June 2021 (Q1 of the 2021/22 financial year) amounted to 13.02 mn USD and were 25.8% higher than those achieved in Q1 of the 2020/21 financial year.

In the same period of the previous year (April - June 2020) consolidated revenues amounted to 10.36 mn USD.

The most important trends that influenced the achieved result are:

  • Increase in the number of Group’s customers. At the end of Q1 2021/22 there were 33,358 LiveChat paying clients and 2,086 ChatBot paying clients. In June 2021, 119 LiveChat licenses were deactivated, as they were on the old pricing plan “pay per chat” which is no longer continued.
  • ChatBot product revenues increased by almost 4.9% in comparison with the previous quarter and by more than 113% in comparison with the same period last year.

The Management Board emphasizes that the presented data are estimates and preliminary. Therefore, they may ultimately differ from those shown in the periodic report. Starting from the data for Q4 2020/2021, the publication of the reports on the preliminary estimated revenues has been accelerated as compared to the analogous reports for the previous periods and may result in a more significant difference in relation to the final results.

Because the Company generates the vast majority of revenues in the US dollar (USD), the USD / PLN exchange rate has a significant impact on the results presented in the periodic reports.
