Preliminary estimated revenue for Q2 2022/23 FY

The Management Board of LiveChat Software S.A. (“Company”) informs that the estimated consolidated sales revenues of the LiveChat Software Capital Group (“Group”) for the three months period ended in September 2022 (Q2 of the 2022/23 financial year) amounted to 15.47 mn USD and were 7.9% higher than those achieved in the period July - September 2021.

In the same period of the previous year (July - September 2021) consolidated revenues amounted to 14.34 mn USD.

In the period April – June 2022 (first quarter of the financial year 2022/23) estimated revenues amounted to USD 15.21 mn USD.

The increase in revenues compared to the previous year results from both the increase in the number of clients of all the Group’s solutions and the higher ARPU (average revenue per client).

The Group’s Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) value across all products at the end of September 2022 was USD 4.91 mn, which is an increase of 1.9% from the end of June 2022 and an increase of 11.8% year on year.

The decline in the annual dynamics of revenue growth, compared to that recorded in the previous quarter, results from the high base from the year before when exceptionally high annual payments booked in full in the quarter were recorded. For the purpose of MRR calculation, the annual payments are broken down into individual months and MRR (in the opinion of the Management Board) is the best metric of the Company’s business development.

The most important trends that influenced the achieved result are:

  • Change of ARPU (average monthly revenue per subscriber) of the main Groups’ products. At the end of September 2022, LiveChat ARPU was USD 121.2 in comparison with USD 120.5 at the end of June 2022 and USD 121 a year ago.
  • ChatBot ARPU amounted to USD 110.5 at the end of September 2022 as compared with USD 102.5 at the end of the last quarter and USD 97.1 a year ago.
  • Increase in the number of Group’s customers. At the end of Q2 2022/23 there were 37.114 LiveChat paying clients and 2.647 ChatBot paying clients.
  • ChatBot product revenues increased by 10.6% in comparison with the previous quarter and by 31% in comparison with the same period last year.
