The Board of LIVECHAT SOFTWARE SA (“Company”, “Issuer”) announces that on 1 March 2015, the Company received notification from Mr. Andrzej Różycki concerning the purchase of the Issuer’s shares by an entity closely related to him within the meaning of Art. 160 (2)(4)(d) of the Financial Instruments Act : NAPOLEON FUNDUSZ INWESTYCYJNY ZAMKNIĘTY.
NAPOLEON FUNDUSZ INWESTYCYJNY ZAMKNIĘTY purchased 200.000 share of Company. The price was PLN 35.00 per share and the total price amounted to PLN 7.000.000.
In accordance with Art. 160(4) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Financial Instruments and Art. 3(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 15 November 2005 on the disclosure of information on certain transactions in financial instruments, Mr. Andrzej Różycki made a notification as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer.
