The Management Board of LIVECHAT SOFTWARE SA (“the Company”) announces that on 28 June 2018, the Board adopted a resolution on the proposal for allocation of net profit for the financial year ended 31 March 2018.
According to the adopted resolution, the Board recommends to the General Meeting the distribution of separate profit of LiveChat Software SA, which amounted to PLN 48,073,333.49 in the financial year ended 31 March 2018, in such a way that:
PLN 45,577,500.00 – will be allocated for dividend;
PLN 2,495,833.49 – will be allocated to reserve capital.
This means that the dividend per share will amount to PLN 1.77.
After taking into account an advance towards a planned dividend for the financial period from 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018 in the amount of PLN 11,330,000 (ie. PLN 0.44 per share) paid to shareholders based on Resolution of the Management Boards of the Company No. 1/12/2017 of 20 December 2017 on the payment of an advance towards a planned dividend and second advance payment towards a planned dividend from the net profit for the financial period from 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018 in the amount of PLN 11,330,000 (ie. PLN 0.44 per share) which will be paid to shareholders based on Resolution of the Management Boards of the Company No. 02/06/2018 of 22 June 2018 on the payment of an advance towards a planned dividend, the total amount of PLN 22,917,500 (ie. PLN 0.89 per share) will remain to be paid to the shareholders.
The Management Board recommend setting the Dividend Day on 14 August 2018 and the payment date on 21 August 2018.
