The Board of LIVECHAT Software SA publishes the resolutions adopted by the Annual General Meeting on 18 July 2016. The resolutions are attached to the report. Detailed legal basis: Art. 38 para. 1, points 7-9 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by a non-member state.
