Transaction of entity closely associated with member of Supervisory Board

(Company, Issuer) informs that it received on 16 January a notification of a transaction made by a person closely related to a Andrzej Rozycki – member of company’s Supervisory Board. According to the notification NAPOLEON FUNDUSZ INWESTYCYJNY ZAMKNIETY (Napoleon FIZ) purchased 15,000 shares ot the company at a price of 48.00 PLN per one share. The notification has been prepared on the basis of Art. 19 of the regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of Europe (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the Regulation on market abuse) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission’s Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC and is attached to this current report.
