The Board of LIVECHAT Software S.A. (“Company”) publishes the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on August 18, 2023 in Wroclaw (“AGM”):
1.Mariusz Ciepły – 3 366 250 votes, representing 13.07%in the total number of votes and 19,14% in the votes at the AGM.
2.Jakub Sitarz – 3 010 000 votes, representing 11.69%in the total number of votes and 17.11% in the votes at the AGM.
3.Bank Handlowy S.A. w Warszawie, as representative of93 shareholders with 2 673 081 votes representing 10.38% in the total number of votes and15.20%in the votes at the AGM.
4.Maciej Jarzębowski – 2 366 280 votes, representing 9.19% in the total number of votes and 13,45 % in the votes at the AGM.
5.Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 1 829 000 votes, representing 7.10% in the total number of votes and 10.40% in the votes at the AGM.
6.Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny and Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny – 1 590 600 votes, representing 6,18% in the total number of votes and 9,04% in the votes at the AGM.
7.Urszula Jarzębowska – 1 210 250votes, representing 4,70% in the total number of votes and 6,88% in the votes at the AGM.
Overall, at the Ordinary General Meeting of LIVECHAT Software S.A. on August 18, 2023, 17 588 877 shares and votes were represented, which constitutes 68.31 % of the total number of shares and votes.
