The Company’s share capital is divided into 25,750,000 issued and fully paid ordinary bearer shares, including: 25,000,000 series A shares and 750,000 series B shares.
The nominal value of each Company’s share is PLN 0.02 (two groszy).
Shares of LiveChat Software S.A. are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange under the ticker LVC and are included in the WIG, mWIG40, CEEplus, WIGTech, WIGdiv, WIG Informatyka, and WIG ESG indexes.
